Very helpful service which was a breath of fresh air given our experience that the timeshare sector is full of scammers.

Staff with whom I had contact were polite, helpful and reassuring and acted as our representative in resolving a long-running dispute with the timeshare co. They resolved the problem very quickly, We had felt we were up against a brick wall and were sceptical of seeking help since everyone we had previously contacted had tried to enrol us in yet another timeshare (or similar) scheme.

I would recommend them unreservedly for anyone with a similar problem as they exceeded all our expectations.
